How to Delete Your Data
We understand you want to control your data. Here's how to delete it.
Option 1: Self-Deletion from the App
- Log in to your account
- Go to Account Settings
- Select Privacy and Data
- Click on Request Data Deletion
- Confirm your identity
- You will receive email confirmation
Option 2: Contact Directly
If you prefer, you can write to us:

Information you must include:
- Your full name
- Email associated with the account
- Customer/ID number
- Photo of your ID (optional, for verification only)
What Will Happen?
- ✅ You will receive confirmation within 24-48 hours
- ✅ Complete deletion within a maximum of 30 days
- ✅ Past orders may remain for legal audit (anonymized)
- ✅ You will no longer receive marketing communications
What Data Will Be Deleted?
- Profile and password
- Personal information (name, email, phone)
- Shipping and billing address
- Browsing history
- Preferences and wishlist
- Payment information (keep your own records)
What Data Will NOT Be Deleted?
For legal reasons, we retain:
- Anonymized Transaction Records (legally required)
- Tax Data (up to 7 years - legal requirement)
- Fraud Records (to protect other users)
