International Shipping: Delivery time is 4 to 10 business days . The buyer is responsible for any additional costs (taxes for nationalization or mobilization and handling) if required in their destination country.

Warranty and Return Policy

Warranty (1 year)

Rapto Racing guarantees that all our products are free from material and manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of purchase.

What does the warranty cover?

• Manufacturing defects of the product
• Problems with materials
• Failures in original operation

What is NOT covered by the warranty?

• Misuse or abuse of the product
• Accidental damage
• Modifications or repairs by persons other than Rapto Racing
• Natural wear and tear over time
• Negligence or inadequate maintenance

How to claim under warranty

If you find a defect:

1. Notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Send us an email to: contacto@raptoracing.cl describing the problem

Important: Do not return the product without prior confirmation. This may cause delays and additional costs.

Costs:

• If it is a Rapto Racing defect: We cover repair and materials (you cover round-trip shipping)
• If not covered by warranty: You cover the repair and shipping costs

Repair time:

• Inspection: 1-2 business days
• Repair: Depending on complexity
• We will notify you with the tracking number.

Returns (7 days)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product without any problems.

Requirements to return:

• The product must be unused
• Must come in its original packaging
• The box must not show any signs of being opened.
• Returned within 7 days of purchase

What will you get?

• Exchange for another product, or
• Partial refund

Refund discounts

The following will be deducted from the refund:

• Return shipping costs (you cover this cost)
• Administrative management expenses
• Original shipping cost (even if it was free or a promotional offer)

Example: If you purchased a product for $50,000 with free shipping, and you return it, the refund will be less after deducting shipping and administrative costs.

Note: If the package doesn't reach us, we can't process the exchange or refund. You are responsible for the merchandise until we receive it. We recommend using Chile Express for your return.

Prosecution

• Inspections: 1-2 business days
• Refund: Processed within that timeframe (may take 1-3 additional business days to appear in your bank)
