Warranty:
The Rapto Racing warranty covers all material and manufacturing defects in all products sold at http://www.raptoracing.cl. This policy only covers original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, negligence, or natural degradation of the material over time. Products with material or manufacturing defects must be returned for evaluation, repair, replacement, or refund. Warranty period
Rapto Racing offers a one-year warranty on all its products, depending on materials, workmanship, usage, and parts availability. Details are as follows:
If you feel your product doesn't meet your quality expectations, doesn't match the online description, or you've simply changed your mind, please let us know. We'll do everything possible to resolve your issue. Please note that you will be charged for both return shipping costs plus administrative fees for logistics and handling.
If there are manufacturing defects, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your product.
SimuDash is not responsible for any damage caused by misuse;
Accidental damage is not covered by any warranty provided;
Products repaired by anyone other than Rapto Racing will void their warranty. If you have any questions, please contact us.
During the warranty period, consumers are responsible for return shipping costs for both parties;
Technical support will inspect and determine the problem and responsibility:
If it is a quality problem with the product itself, Rapto Racing will bear all testing, material and labor costs of the repaired product to the customer;
If the product is deemed not covered by this warranty, we will contact the customer to accept the repair costs, or return the product to the customer at our discretion, during which time any transportation and customs clearance costs incurred will be the customer's responsibility;
Process:
For products within the warranty period, once you decide to repair or return the product, please contact customer service via email: contacto@raptoracing.cl to communicate the specific content;
Please do not return your product to us before we confirm it. This could result in import delays and additional costs, or even confiscation of the product by HMRC.
Once we receive the product you wish to repair or return, along with all required documents, technical support will inspect and confirm it;
Maintenance will require time, depending on the condition of the product being repaired. Once the repair is completed and submitted, customer service will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with the most recent logistics tracking number.

* We only offer refunds for orders placed at the official Rapto Racing store. For orders placed at authorized Rapto Racing dealers, please contact the original retailer.
Returns:
We like to make things as easy as possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can return it without administrative or handling fees. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with no signs of opening, and returned within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or full refund, less any outbound or return shipping charges imposed by the courier.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping. We suggest using your national postal service to return the merchandise. If the products do not reach us, we are unable to exchange or refund the item. The customer is responsible for the merchandise until it has been received by us.
When an item is returned, we will inspect and refund the item as quickly as possible, usually within 1-2 business days. The time it takes for refunds to post to the customer's bank account varies from bank to bank, but it typically takes 1-3 business days.
